By performing actions such as trading and referring, you accumulate a ParaBoost, which boosts your stake value.

These boosts are accumulated over the period of an epoch (28 days), and once the epoch is over, all but the pooling boost will reset. A new Epoch has probably begun if your ParaBoost is back to the initial number.
