When heading to your active orders, you can see the current status of your limit order. This determines the state of the order and how close it is to being filled. Some possible statuses you might see include:

  • Open: Limit order has been submitted, but no one has filled it yet.

  • Partially filled / In Progress: Limit order has been partially filled by takers.

  • Filled: Limit order has been filled and executed.

  • Suspended: After the limit order was placed, the address balance or allowance was below the required for the limit order to be filled. Suspended limit orders can still be filled by a taker unless they are canceled by the user.

  • Canceled: Limit order was canceled by the user before being filled.

  • Expired: Limit order reached the expiration time before being filled.

There are a couple of special conditions that require user action before being executed:

  • Not executable: User’s wallet currently has an insufficient balance to fill the order or has not been given enough allowance for the order to pass.

  • Draft Order: Limit order has been submitted and is waiting for approval/signing before it can be executed.
